Here is some general information on our exchange process...
IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE ORDERS - you may use just one return label for all! Each return label costs postage. Please only print one.
~As part of our money back guarantee, we will exchange your item within 60 days. You must provide the order number used to place the order. Alternatively, we may be able to look your order up based on name or email address.
~We do not reimburse shipping costs. Further, we do not allow exchanges on special orders.
~Only one exchange is allowed per item.
~Holiday Purchases made between November 15 and December 15 may return or exchange until January 14 of the following year. We may need to manually print & send a return label during this time. If your item was a gift, you must show proof of purchase via packaging along with the name, email address, or order number given to the purchaser of the gift.

FOR EXCHANGES due to defect ONLY, you may print a shipping label thats set to you.
For Exchanges due to size and color, a shipping label may not be used.
Please be sure to include your order number!
If your item was delivered to the wrong address, lost, or stolen - Please contact your local post immediately. You may leave a note in your mailbox for your postman or you can visit your local post office. Please have them check via GPS where the item was left and help to locate it. If it was delivered to the wrong address, please ask them to retrieve it.
Handling of Returns - Returns and Exchanges are handled as they arrive but may take up to 5 days to process. Please ensure that all information is inside the package to expedite the process. Name, Email address, Order number, If you prefer a return or exchange. If exchange, which item to exchange for including size.
IF YOUR ITEM IS BROKEN - we **may** not need you to return it. Please email us: with a photo of the break and your order number.
~For exchanges:
Return the item to the address listed above and mark EXCHANGE on the package.
Inside, please include:
1) Order number
2) NEW item you wish to have in exchange
3) Once you have it in the mail, please email us and let us know and we can advance the item to you!
Please be sure to bubble wrap the item or use a bubble mailer. If the item arrives in a broken condition due to not being wrapped, we can not refund the item.
Return Exceptions:
Used inventory cannot be resold and cannot be returned.
Shipping is not reimbursable. If you received free shipping during a promotion and later return the item, the actual cost to ship will be subtracted.
Items sold as part of a discount cannot be returned if the item is no longer wanted.

After 60 days, we are no longer able to return or exchange the item.
Our policy lasts 60 days. We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 60 days, with proof of purchase. Please note you may return most items (unused) in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping is not included. Shipping costs and additional service charges such as gift wrap are non-refundable.
However, we will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item back if the item is in stock.
Please note that after an exchange is made, the item(s) do not qualify for refunds.
If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Defective items purchased within 1 year with proof of purchase may request a special promo code for 50% off the same item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 week. All shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You may use your own shipping method. We highly recommend using a shipper who provides a tracking number so you can track your shipment. Please be sure to retain this tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit if sent via a non-trackable carrier.
